Terms of service

The service
DealBot AI provides a done for you AI customer assistant: we install and configure it, train it on your business, and connect it to your messaging channels and calendar. The assistant answers enquiries, books appointments and follows up on your behalf. It runs on an AI provider API key that belongs to you.
Payment
The assistant costs £87, charged once. We charge nothing per conversation, there is no monthly fee, and we add no markup to your AI usage: the assistant runs on your own AI provider account and that provider bills you directly at their own rates.
What you pay separately
You are responsible for your own AI provider account and the usage billed to it, your own WhatsApp Business number and Meta account, any WhatsApp template fees charged by Meta, and your own SMS provider costs. You control the spending limits on your AI account.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use the business information you give us for training, and that your use of the assistant complies with the rules of the messaging platforms you connect.
Accuracy and handover
The assistant is trained to say when it does not know something and to hand sensitive, unusual or high value conversations to you. It can still make mistakes, and you remain responsible for reviewing how it represents your business.
Free trial and automatic charge
New accounts get a fourteen day free trial with every feature enabled. We collect card details when you sign up but take no payment during the trial. We will email you a reminder three days before the trial ends. If you have not cancelled by the end of day fourteen, the single £87 charge is taken on day fifteen. That reminder carries a cancellation link. You can cancel at any point during the trial by following it, with no notice period and no reason required, and in that case you are charged nothing. If the link has expired or you cannot find the email, emailing us is enough and we will cancel it by hand on the same terms.
Refund
The free trial is your opportunity to decide, so we do not offer refunds as a matter of course once the charge has been taken. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out. Usage already billed to you by your AI provider is not ours to refund in any case.
No lock in
There is no minimum term. You can stop at any time, export your conversation data and training material, and ask us to delete everything. Because the AI key is yours, your provider account is unaffected if you stop working with us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
