Terms of service

The service
DealBot AI provides a done for you AI customer assistant: we install and configure it, train it on your business, and connect it to your messaging channels and calendar. The assistant answers enquiries, books appointments and follows up on your behalf. It runs on an AI provider API key that belongs to you.
Payment
The install and configuration fee is charged once, at the price shown on this site for the scope you choose. We charge nothing per conversation and add no markup to your AI usage: the assistant runs on your own AI provider account and that provider bills you directly at their own rates. The optional Care Plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled any time.
What you pay separately
You are responsible for your own AI provider account and the usage billed to it, your own WhatsApp Business number and Meta account, any WhatsApp template fees charged by Meta, and your own SMS provider costs. You control the spending limits on your AI account.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use the business information you give us for training, and that your use of the assistant complies with the rules of the messaging platforms you connect.
Accuracy and handover
The assistant is trained to say when it does not know something and to hand sensitive, unusual or high value conversations to you. It can still make mistakes, and you remain responsible for reviewing how it represents your business.
Refund
If the assistant is not doing useful work within thirty days of going live, tell us and we will refund the install and configuration fee in full. This covers our fee only; usage already billed to you by your AI provider is not ours to refund.
No lock in
There is no minimum term. You can stop at any time, export your conversation data and training material, and ask us to delete everything. Because the AI key is yours, your provider account is unaffected if you stop working with us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
