What we collect
When you contact us, book a demo or use the demo assistant on this site, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and the content of your message. If you become a customer, we also hold the business information needed to train and run your assistant.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, deliver demos, set up and operate your assistant, and to bill you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
This site sets one first party cookie (rh_via) when you arrive through a partner link, so we can attribute referrals. It lasts 90 days and contains only the partner code. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.
Conversation data
Conversations handled by your assistant belong to you. You can export them at any time and ask us to delete them. We process them only to provide the service.
Our role, and yours
For the conversations your assistant handles, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. If you handle health or other special category data, ask us and we will put a written data processing agreement in place before you go live.
Processors
We use a small number of subprocessors to run the service, including hosting, messaging and calendar providers. A current list is available on request. The AI model provider is a subprocessor of yours rather than ours: the assistant calls it using an API key that belongs to you, under your own account and your own agreement with that provider.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing hello@dealbotai.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
