What we collect
When you contact us, book a demo or use the demo assistant on this site, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and the content of your message. If you become a customer, we also hold the business information needed to train and run your assistant.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, deliver demos, set up and operate your assistant, and to bill you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking pixels. If you buy through an affiliate, the network handling that sale sets its own cookie to credit them; that is described in their privacy policy, not ours.
Conversation data
Conversations handled by your assistant belong to you. You can export them at any time and ask us to delete them. We process them only to provide the service.
Our role, and yours
For the conversations your assistant handles, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. If you handle health or other special category data, ask us and we will put a written data processing agreement in place before you go live.
Processors
We use a small number of subprocessors to run the service, including hosting, messaging and calendar providers. A current list is available on request. The AI model provider is a subprocessor of yours rather than ours: the assistant calls it using an API key that belongs to you, under your own account and your own agreement with that provider.
Marketing emails and how to unsubscribe
We only email you to reply to something you sent us, to deliver what you paid for, and, during a free trial, to remind you the trial is ending. We do not run a newsletter and we never send anything you have not asked for. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time, in either of two ways: (1) reply to any email from us with the word "unsubscribe", or (2) email hello@dealbotai.com asking to be removed. We action every request by hand within 72 hours and email you back to confirm you have been removed. Unsubscribing stops all marketing and reminder emails; it does not stop essential service messages about something you have bought, such as your receipt or account details.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing hello@dealbotai.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
