Who you are dealing with
DealBot AI is a product of Eager Dragon Publishing Ltd, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We build and operate the assistant, provide your account and answer your support email. Everything published on this website is our responsibility.
Who takes the payment
Depending on where you bought, the payment is taken by a reseller rather than by us. Buyers who order through Digistore24 are contracting with Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany, who act as the reseller: they take the card, issue the invoice, and the withdrawal from your account is made by Digistore24. Their buyer terms apply to that transaction and refunds are processed by them.
What you are buying
A digital product. There is nothing physical and nothing is shipped. You receive a login to a web-based dashboard by email within a few minutes of paying, and the assistant runs in your browser. The one-off price covers the assistant itself; the AI usage runs on an API key you hold with your own AI provider, who bills you directly.
Refunds
Sixty days, no reason needed. If you bought through Digistore24 they process the refund under their buyer terms; email hello@dealbotai.com as well and we will chase it rather than leaving you to.
Complaints
Email hello@dealbotai.com and a person will answer. If you bought through Digistore24 and the complaint is about the payment, the invoice or a refund, raise it with them as well, because they are the party that took the money.
