Will it sound robotic?
We train the assistant on your website, your documents and examples of how you actually write, so it answers in your words rather than generic ones. Before it goes live you sit with us and read through real conversations, and we keep adjusting the tone until you are happy with it.
What does the AI usage actually cost me?
It runs on your own Anthropic key, so you pay Anthropic directly at their list prices and we add nothing on top. A local business handling around a hundred conversations a month typically spends a few dollars. Heavy months with lots of photos or PDFs cost more. You can see every cent in your own Anthropic dashboard and set a spending cap there.
Do I need my own Anthropic account?
Yes, and we set it up with you during the onboarding call. It takes about ten minutes and you only need a card. Owning the key is the point: the usage is billed to you at cost, nothing is marked up, and if you ever stop working with us the assistant is not holding your account hostage.
What happens if it makes a mistake?
It is trained to say when it does not know something, and anything sensitive, unusual or high value is flagged and handed to you with a summary. You can correct any answer and it learns from the correction.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. It works with your existing WhatsApp Business number and your current Instagram and Facebook accounts. We help you connect everything during setup.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You pay $99 once for the install and configuration, and that is the only payment you owe us. The Care Plan is optional and cancellable at any time. If you stop, everything stays exportable and nothing is held hostage.
What if it does not work for my business?
You have thirty days from the day it goes live. If the assistant is not doing useful work by then, ask us and we refund the setup fee in full.
Can I see the conversations it is having?
Yes. You get a single inbox with every conversation across every channel, in real time. You can watch, step in, or take over any thread at any point.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your conversation history, customer details and training material belong to you, and because the assistant runs on your own AI key the model calls are made under your account, not ours. You can export everything at any time and we delete it on request. If you handle health or other sensitive data we will sign a data processing agreement — just ask.
How long until it is live?
Typically forty eight hours from the discovery call. One thirty minute call, we build and train it, you review it with us, then it goes live. The one thing that can push it out is WhatsApp Business verification, which Meta controls and which occasionally takes a few days.
